Hyatt Vacation Club

Beware of what you are paying for.  I paid for a trip with the impression I would be staying at the resort pictured.  However, when you call to book your stay, you are told that your stay will be at a Best Western. There is nothing wrong with taking a trip to Lake Tahoe and staying at a Best Western.  However, the advertisement does not give this impression.  Also, if my visit is about learning what it means to be a Vacation Club Owner,  I believe you should experience the actual joy and living quarters that they intend to sell you on.  Therefore, I canceled and will not be learning about their offer at this time.
